New food item on my list this year: Big Fat Bacon.
One-third pound of bacon, fried and caramelized with maple syrup and served on a stick.
Awww, yeah!
(there will also be chocolate covered bacon, but I'm afraid if I try it, I'll not only like it, I will love it, and that will be the end of me, my friends).
